Very quick service. Very friendly and instant diagnosis
Efficient and professional with friendly, helpful staff
I had a small mole removed from my leg 2 weeks ago. Everybody at the Mole Clinic went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for.
I arrived early for my appointment by 15minutes but the waiting room was closed for lunch. There was no chair outside the door so I had to sit on the staircase. My appointment was for 1.30 - the door to the waiting room was opened at exactly 1.30 - as it was for surgery I had arrived in good time.
I recently visited the Richmond Clinic and was really impressed. Getting an appointment was quick and easy, so I could fit it around my working day. The nurse was brilliant; really friendly, explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. In and out really quickly with peace of mind. Would highly recommend.
I’ve been going to The Mole Clinic each year since my brother passed away with melanoma in 2012. They always do a really through check and I always feel in good hands was time I go.
I was able to make a short notice appointment and was seen right on time. The nurse was professional and patient. I would happily recommend this clinic to others.
