I was incredibly nervous to get a mole that I'd been worried about for a while checked, but Angela immediately put me at ease and was very reassuring from the start. At the follow up appointment 3 months later, I received a benign report in less than 24 hours. The support staff on email and the phone were also fantastic and very helpful. From the minute entering the Mole Clinic I was greeted by a really lovely friendly receptionist. I only waited 5 minutes before being led upstairs by the Nurse who put my mind at ease straight away. She took photographs of my mole and could tell that I didn’t need to worry. She explained exactly what it was and gave me advice on the next steps to be taken. All in all a very satisfying experience and I would definitely recommend the Mole Clinic as it surely puts your mind at ease. Thank You.
