Everything went smoothly and as expected. Very friendly staff; questions were answered well.
I've had a mole mapping, as well as a number of full body mole checks and follow-ups at the Edinburgh clinic, and have always found the service excellent. The nurses I've seen (nurses Dani, Angela and, most recently, Annabel) are friendly, reassuring, and knowledgeable. They treat patients with kindness and care, are very reassuring, and a credit to their team. The clinic itself is always clean, reception staff are friendly and helpful, and appointments are reliable and on time - as are any follow up reports. I've been going annually for the last 3 or 4 years, for peace of mind, and will continue to do so.
Angela was very professional and put me at ease about the whole experience. She explained everything clearly and provided advice regarding sun screen use. I would definitely recommend the mole clinic to friends/relatives.
Nurse knowledgably gave verbal advice on moles. Premises clean and tidy.
Visit and the nurse was great! When you speak to staff on the phone they are lovely but trying to get in touch Initially and leaving a voice message which wasnt returned is a bit irritating hence the 4 stars!
Made to feel very comfortable despite being a little nervous
The experience was great. I was put at ease with relaxed conversation, the nurse explained what she was doing at every step and gave good advice for going forward.
Annabel explained everything thoroughly and put me at ease straight away.
It was my first time visiting and I was very impressed with the service I received. The nurse had excellent knowledge and made me feel comfortable in my appointment. I will definitely visit again.
