The visit to Bristol was very good, quickly seen and staff very friendly and efficient. The report on areas of concern was made available within the few days promised. However, attempts to phone The Mole Clinic were very difficult and the ring back service did not work. It made rearranging my original appointment at Bristol very long winded and difficult.
I was so pleased with my recent visit to The Mole Clinic in Bristol. The staff were so informative and put me at ease. Im so pleased I took the time to get my Moles checked properly.
My experience with The Mole Clinic was absolutely outstanding. I have incredible health anxiety and OCD which causes me to hyperfixate on my moles and so wanted to get them checked for reassurance. The nurse listened to me, let me point out moles I was particularly concerned about and explained the whole process clearly. Thankfully everything was okay, but if something had been bad, it was a very safe and welcoming environment to have heard any bad news in. Could not recommend them enough for peace of mind.
Friendly staff, comfortable waiting area. During appointment, options provided and explained in relaxed atmosphere. Initial injection was virtually painless, much to my surprise, as in was into my face (cheek). Procedure altered midway (post further discussion) due to nature of discovered lump but all carried out with no pain, stitched and dressed. Written guidance provided on how to care for wound post procedure with option to get in touch if any issues/questions.
