The Hearing Services

I visited with my father for his hearing test appointment, we were treated very well by the staff, Carly at Reception was excellent, she was very welcoming and friendly, I would like to commend her for that. The hearing test with Anu was smooth, she explained the process and provided us the results promptly as needed for consultant to continue treatment, Anu was also friendly and kind. Thanks Carly and Anu, highly recommended.

Today I had a professional service at Kingston Hearing services. The practitioner removed stubborn ear wax from both my ears painlessly. She also gave me good advice going forward and I have no hesitation in giving her and the service a five star review.

From start to finish, the staff were so friendly, nothing was any trouble and everything happened nice and quickly. They even made you a drink whilst you waited!

Mohammed came to do a home visit to remove wax from my elderly mother's ears Very pleased both with the service and his pleasant and courteous manner.

Chaotic. The receptionist spoke poor English and didnt seem to know about our appointment. We then waited a long time to see the clinician.
