Very quick and easy process, I have a skin infection that requires an antibiotic cream. I found this site, answered a few questions, paid £9.99 for same day delivery and within 2 hours it was at my front door! When you need something quickly this is amazing. On my order I specifically asked for CAPSULES of paracetamol not Tablets. The turn around was quick but I realized when receiving 3 boxes of tablets no care had been taken to check the medecine. When I asked for a return label they asked for photos and description of the packaging of which I cant do . I'm over 90 and not familiar with taking photos and being a simple mistake in product I didn't understand. I will never use these people again and wil never recommend them. My order #

Order was sent over a week ago, still not received. They are blaming Royal mail. No help

I thought that I had found a reliable company to use, how wrong can you be ! They sent the wrong meds, I ordered the meds that I can tolerate taking and they took my money and sent a cheap version. Which are useless to me. And won't let me have my money back.

Really simple to order medications. Fairly straightforward experience. The problem starts and ends when the fact that they use Royal mail for deliveries. Had I known, I would have ordered elsewhere. Royal mail consistently mess up on deliveries especially on my area, and it's impossible to get through to customers service (which is non-existent really at Royal Mail).
