Easy to use service, I like the self check in

The app is easy to use and intuitive but it doesn’t allow for holidays. I’ve just had two weeks away and whilst I take my pen to inject I didn’t have scales or the qr code with me and the app could not cope with this…. The app should have a on holiday options where you just confirm if you have taken the medication but not weigh in

Following a very simple blood test which was sent to be reviewed before starting the process. Results were put on the system before even getting any medication. All the medication was sent to my home address via the post office in a cold storage bag ensure the medication arrived correctly. Advised to keep medication in the fridge until needed. Following weekly weight taking I started the injection which I had taken out of fridge 1 hour before using it. Now do the same thing every week on the same day each week. Keeping a record on weight and any side effects which can occur.
