Talking to anyone apart from you taking my money is pointless, I have been saying I’m not losing weight for 6 months I have not had one reply. I tried to delay my pen as I was away you tried to take the money everyday until you were successful I called and said I wasn’t there you said not a problem you would put on hold you then posted it then said tough. Absolutely zero customer service or support

Good overall experience

Really easy to use.

I have lost almost 7 stone and for the first time have a normal bmi. I joined the initial study group and was grateful for the video checking system weekly and the clinical overview of my dose. Several times I asked if I could increase dose but was refused as I was losing at an optimum rate. The clinical support is good and easy to access, I recently enquired about help with maintaining, and received a call back from a clinician within 2 hours. SheMed has changed my life, and is is still supporting me, thanks 🤩!

Shemed really do look after you, Mounjaro hasn't been as good for me as everyone else I know, but Shemed I cannot fault - excellent company.
