To start off with it went well, then in November my weight loss stopped then I started to gain weight, the Mg’s went up the cost went up and the weight continued up, on my monthly order I said that I was feeling despondent but no email back with advice or questions another increase to 15mg which I’m fine with but an email saying you’re listening to me and let’s see what happens on this dose or anything would be nice I feel unsupported and it’s a lot of money to spend and feel unsupported

The initial screening was easy enough , the app does not work , I had to reload it several times then eventually I could check in. Sent an email and to date still not been answered . I do not feel supported

I give SheMed a ten as I’ve found they are very helpful & like that you can log your weight on the ap, have nearly reached my 4st weight loss

Found the whole process easy to follow. Well structured with lots of available support.

I chose to try the weygovy medication as it was on offer. This did not suit me at all. I had side effects and actually out weight on rathe than losing any. I was offered to swap to monjaro but you were asking far too much. I could not afford it. I have had to go to an alternative company for my weight loss support because of this.

From my first visit to sign up actually receiving the product has taken about 1 month. I had difficulties with the app and my books sample was lost in transit,I found it difficult to talk to a person to help and the chat bots weren’t particularly helpful.

Customer service is absolutely not worth bothering with. They don’t answer the question you ask. They took 2 payments from me in the same month telling me they were preparing next injection (a week too early) when I emailed to query they replied the delivery was on way and can’t be returned. Still not answering why earlier than it should be. The are very unsupportive and I have cancelled with them

I use the service on-line only, i am ok with what they provide on-line but they need some improvements. A bit expensive for what it is!

Have loved working alongside Shemed on my weight loss journey . They have been the best support . The price increase was horrendous and for a while switched to wegovy but didnt last long and switched back. I know it isnt Shemeds fault for the price increase but wouldnt want to switch to another provider as im happy and confident in SHemeds decisions . Im happy to get to my goal then will be happy to go down the dose of the medication making it more affordable. I intend to stick woth Shemed as long as i can . 5 star company

Started on the study program in January 2025 and lost over 5 stone, customer service has been good and no problems
