The app was easy to install and setting up an account was straightforward. The process included an unexpected blood sample, but the device provided is simple to use at home and the procedure was painless. Clear instructional videos and written leaflets were helpful throughout. Telephone support was also good and responsive. One aspect that could be improved is communication during video interactions. The use of my phone camera was not always clearly explained, and the operator occasionally switched between the front and back cameras without informing me. The process also requires ID verification and connection with your GP practice. I am currently at this stage and waiting to hear whether I can proceed with treatment.

Dissapointed say the least. Took my money but never provided the blood result. Claimed as I had sent them off to the lab I was not allowed a refund. Also although the derive was sold to me on premises on blood results I was told that they can still provide a prescription. What a scum!!!!

Shocking communication - no one listened …. No one helped me. Asked them to release me from my contract after one month. And I’ve lost nothing……. Over hyped use of blood kit ……. Why do they need this - no other company does this - ridiculous!!!

I registered interest and completed the application. A GLP-1 kit was sent out for me to conduct a blood test and full payment for a potential prescription for mounjaro was taken. Due to personal circumstances I am not able to pursue taking mounjaro so I advised I no longer was able to proceed. I requested a refund and expected to have to pay for the test kit. I was told that this was not possible as per their T&C’s and refund policy. I would have expected a refund of some description in line with other similar suppliers. Particularly as the final decision to approve me for weight loss medication had not been made by SheMed. Chalking this up as a lesson learned and will return to juniper when my own position changes. Very disappointing

i WAS UNABLE TO GET MY BLOOD TWICE, I AM AN RETIRED GENERAL NURSE AND HAVE NEVER KNOWN TO TAKE BLOOD FROM THE TOP OF YOUR ARM. aLSO WHEN I SPOKE WITH THE GIRL ON THE MOBILE AND I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK SHE SAID NO, SO I HAVE WASTED 95 POUNDS I ALSO SEE THAT YOU ARE MAKING IT CHEAPER NOW. i AM A PENSIONER AND CAN'T AFFORD TO LOSE THAT KIND OF MONEY AND GET NOTHING TO BE HONEST I AM ANGRY WITH MYSELF FOR USING YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE. Fantastic price and service. Very happy with the weekly weigh in process and the check on how you're feeling and how things are going symptom wise. The team behind the scenes are very responsive. Delivery was always quick and medication to help ease symptoms was provided. The app was easy to use too

SheMed are there for every step you take. Injections are so easy to use. Definitely don't feel like i want to eat all the time. I feel better within myself. In the 3 weeks i have been on it I've lost 13lbs. Definitely would recommend SheMed.
