Staff are always responsive and helpful

I have been using Shemed since January 2025 and I’ve been extremely impressed with the service I’ve received. I can choose what strength I want to be on. I’ve kept myself to a low dose and lost weight slowly which I’m very happy with. When I have had problems I’ve reported them and had a phone call, the longest I’ve waited for a call back was two hours. I would highly recommend Shemed and I do recommend them.
