Nahor is by far the best physiotherapist I’ve ever had, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found him. His personable, empathetic approach puts you at ease from the start, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about his patients. What sets Nahor apart is his ability to listen deeply and tailor each session to what your body truly needs - no rigid protocols or blanket recommendations, just responsive, thoughtful and personalised care, grounded in deep expertise. His curiosity and commitment to understanding the full picture - not just the injury, but your lifestyle, movement patterns, and goals - makes a huge difference. He’s also very flexible with appointments, which has made it much easier to maintain momentum with treatment. Thanks to Nahor’s support, I’ve made real, sustained progress, not only recovering from past injuries but also staying on top of niggles before they develop into bigger issues. I had a compressed lower spint from a workout gone wrong. i was in so much pain and really stiff. Nahor saw me the same day, we sat down and he explained everytjhing to me in clear detail. He did a number of things to help me with my stuffness and pain, acupuncture, cupping and a massage. He completley fixed me and the next day i was all better. i reccomend him to everyone.
