I can’t recommend my physiotherapist Nahor highly enough! I came in with persistent lower back pain that had been bothering me for weeks — it was affecting my sleep, work, and overall quality of life. From the very first session, I felt like I was in expert hands. Not only was the assessment incredibly thorough, but the treatment plan was tailored specifically to my needs. My physio took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my back, what might be causing the pain, and how we were going to work through it together. I really appreciated that he didn’t just treat the symptoms, but focused on fixing the root cause. The combination of hands-on therapy, guided exercises, and ongoing support made a huge difference. Within a few sessions, I noticed real improvements — less stiffness, more mobility, and significantly less pain. Now I’m completely pain-free and back to doing everything I enjoy, including exercise and long walks. Beyond the clinical expertise, he’s also just a genuinely kind and caring person.
