The waiting has been difficult as communication has been poor. I have struggled to get a response from the office both via email and phone. I had a combined assessment and received my ADHD outcome 3 weeks ago. I am still waiting for my autism assessment outcome despite being told the clinical decision has been made. The staff I saw as part of my assessment were fantastic and the support team have been helpful (when I’ve been able to contact them). It’s just a shame that the poor communication has spoilt the overall experience. It would have been good to under the process flow at each stage.

The only thing I found difficult was during the assessment I found concentrating for that amount of time difficult and I found some of the questions difficult to answer. I have sent a follow up email and I would be greatful if that could be addressed. Thank you Rachael M

I was extremely nervous but found my Assessor Sophie really calming and helped me to relax.

Easy to navigate the process, various appointments to choose from. Jessica was so lovely, she quickly made my daughter feel safe and was a pleasure to speak to.
