First time I’d ever had my ears cleaned so didnt know what to expect. Dan explained exactly what the procedure entailed & how long it would be. I didnt realise that it would also include a quick hearing screening which I found very useful. Dan was very gentle & thorough. I will definitely return again in future & would thoroughly recommend
