The most comprehensive hearing test ever for my 92 year old mother who felt the same and enjoyed the experience because she learnt how important it is to have effective hearing aids.
Always very friendly and helpful . Happy with the time and trouble taken to make sure the hearing aids are cleaned and you are happy with what has been done.
Justin was amazing. Sorted my ears and did additional tests to make sure my hearing hadn’t been affected and got me back free of charge to make sure I didn’t have an ear infection. Amazing service. Would highly recommend Regain Hearing

I haven’t worn my hearing aids really, I wore them for alittle the last time I came in. But my hearing is worse, they made my ears itchy. The team were friendly, I just wish I had got my money back as I have never had any ease from my tinnitus which is why I chose Regain in The first place. Malleable sad I paid over £4000 to still just wear my NHS ones. Is there a way I could get some money back if I gave them back.
