Charlene was lovely from my first appointment, explained everything clearly and cleared the wax efficently and painless. On a follow up appointment she rechecked my ears which were clear then gave me a hearing test which showed a slight lose of hearing. Will review at a later date. Would highly recommend Charlene and will not go anywhere else now I have found Regain Hearing.

Elisa was pleasant and friendly and listened. She gave us much more information about tinnitus than we had received elsewhere (Boots, Smart Hearing) and was extremely thorough, Sadly for your company and although we tried hard, the aids did not improve my wife's experience of tinnitus and we had reluctantly decided to return the aids to you. Again. an excellent meeting with Elisa.

We had hardly arrived when Alise arrived and showed us through to the consulting room. As usual, she was very friendly and made every effort to ensure that we were both happy and settled (my partner had an appointment with her after me). We had both been experiencing a few problems with the Signa app on our telephones, which she sorted out in very quick time, and they are now both working correctly. The tests we were given were very professionally executed, and the findings were explained to us in very understandable language so that we knew exactly how our hearing was progressing. As usual, she was professional, thorough but very friendly as well.

Had my ears micro suctioned and because of very hard wax it had to be removed manually. When ithey they did this it was extremely hard to extract . When it came out it was such a relief to hear properly again. Quite painless and everything was explained as they did it.
I am awaiting my annual hearing test in the next couple of weeks but have always been very happy with the professional support
The experience was good at the fitting of the new aids however whilst traveling on my mobility scooter today with a gentle breeze the whoosh in the ears was such that I could not hear traffic which could be dangerous Also at the beginning of the day volume level at 16 was acceptable but at the end of the day it needed to be at 28 to be at comfort level despite being on charge all night Overall disappointing
Not been for a while but this indicates how good the service was. Have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful
