Excellent staff everything was explained to me thoroughly and in simple way
The Broadstairs practice have always been very helpful and knowledgeable. Even when I haven't made an appointment. Very friendly staff. Excellent service.
Good care and attention over a few appointments making sure I had the right hearing aids and correct setting. Expensive but with a five year guarantee and service it puts your mind at rest. Staff as ever friendly and polite.
Appointment was on time and carried out efficiently and professionally, I was happy with treatment and any questions that were asked and answered.
Tom Field was excellent in every way. An asset to Regain.
Can't fault anything: Tom was really understanding & patient explaining what extra facilities each model of hearing aid has. Can't recommend Regain Hearing enough.
The staff have always beeen friendly and engaging. Using their professional training to accomodate my hearing damage and tinitus after a car accident.
All the staff at Regain Hearing are very well trained. They know what they are talking about and always so helpful and patient. High standard of customer service. I always recommend them .
Have visited 4 times now twice a year . I have abnormal size ear canals and suffer with wax and tinnitus the suction method is painless and makes the tinnitus much quieter
