This was a great appointment.. I couldn’t believe what I could hear and the thoroughness of the consultation.. I kind of knew what the outcome would be , but it really did make me see how my hearing has deteriorated over the years.. I know it’s time that I should be having hearing aids. As the consultant said “ Use it or loose it “ I know I was offered to have a free consultation with this company, to find out where my hearing was at.. Which was confirmed.. Unfortunately for me the price at the moment is well out of my range at this moment and time.. But all in all the whole experience was very thorough and professional.. I feel like you learn a lot more with what’s going on with your hearing..

I found everyone that I spoke to were extremely polite and friendly and were very professional! I was treated so well by the lady who carried out my procedure, she kept me well informed of what was going on and always asked if I was ok before continuing each time. I would not hesitate to go back if I ever needed treatment again and would definitely recommend them!
