Ramsay & Roberts Eyecare Excellence

Laura and Mark Roberts, established optometrists in the South Lakes area, assumed ownership of Eyecare Excellence in 2018 following the retirement of the previous owner. Their extensive experience in the field and dedication to patient-centred care, utilising the latest optometric technology, reflects their passion for delivering high-quality eye care services.

The practice team collaborates with GP’s and ophthalmologists, offering emergency, glaucoma, paediatric, and post-operative services. Elysia Ramsay, who joined the Eyecare Excellence team in July 2019, became a director in November 2020, joining Laura and Mark Roberts in steering the practice.

Eyecare Excellence places a clear focus on building relationships with patients and their families, boasting a talented, friendly, and long-serving staff. The practice takes pride in individualising patient care and eyewear solutions, creating a relaxed and friendly environment. The practice, now named Ramsay & Roberts - Eyecare Excellence, offers the latest in optometric technology, including a state-of-the-art OCT machine and an Optomap retinal imaging camera, ensuring comprehensive eye examinations.

With a modern interior designed to showcase new designer frame ranges, the store at King Street ensures an exquisite customer journey. The expansion into purpose-built premises allows Ramsay & Roberts - Eyecare Excellence to honour its long history in the town, having been established over 30 years ago by Lyn Savage.
