Prospect Court in Sutton, Surrey, supports people (male and female) with epilepsy, autism, brain injury, sensory impairment, learning difficulties, mental health needs, physical disabilities, and other complex needs. The facility is located in the heart of the Sutton community and comprises 12 two-bedroom flats and two town houses suitable for up to six people. There are also communal bathrooms with specialist equipment available where needed, a large communal lounge and a large rear enclosed garden. Each flat and house is fully wheelchair accessible with six bedrooms that have hoist tracking fitted and each flat and house has its own kitchen facilities.

The highly trained staff provide a person-centred approach to the care of their service users and are able to assist with their independence and personal development. Staff are available 24 hours a day and work closely with each person to build their skills and enable them to lead a richer and more fulfilled life.

Prospect Court encourages its service users to get involved in their local community, and it is conveniently located adjacent to the high street with easy access to public transportation, including a bus service into Sutton town centre, and great connections to London and the South East via the local railway station.
