Rating is based as my outpatient experience with Sarah Maddocks only

My treatment was started very quickly and with minimum of fuss. Communication was excellent from the start. Sarah has been amazing throughout. I could not have asked for a better person to speak to. From the beginning I felt at ease discussing everything. No small feat when taking into consideration the fact it was purely over Skype. Sarah offered a range of techniques to use in order to calm my anxiety issues and whilst it was a lot to take in a times, I feel that i am now better equipped to move forward with my issues. I am truly grateful for the all the help I received from you. Thankyou.

I think the ATP team are amazing. The therapists were so personable and each brought different qualities to the sessions. Really can’t thank them enough. They alway had the time to talk or listen. Fantastic experience for me and my fellow peers made the experience even better as I could not have asked for a better group.

I have always felt at ease and feel all the staff anticipated my needs and made my visits very comfortable. The flexibility of my therapist has been paramount to my treatment as I have a busy home and work life. I would definitely recommend the Priory.

Very positive experience of the service

Excellent

I was disgusted with the treatment I received. There was no communication regarding any appointments, leaving me completely in the lurch and confused to the point of distress when I was thrown into a DBT appointment completely unaware! Of course - apart from the incessant emails for money which they’ll be sure to send. I had to fight for adequate treatment, in fact it may as well have been the NHS, and when received, not only was the wait time 3 months in one instance, but there was no choice about who would be administering your treatment. The appointment I had with Vikas Patel was so diabolical and I was left in such a state I had to book an emergency appointment with my non-priory therapist.

Having had therapy in the past in other locations and different therapists, in all it was a far better experience at the priory, although this was based on the friendly and relaxed yet very professional approach from Sarah Maddocks. I find it difficult to relax and open up and discuss the most traumatic experiences over my life to a stranger. However I found Sarah's approach to be professional and comforting and made it safe for me to open up and I thank her for this .

Sabrina was beyond helpful, She helped me understand my emotions and reactions to key triggers, she gave me the skills and tolls I need to control my emotions and help me remain stable and avoiding the panic spiral I was so used to. Her help has 100% helped me get a better hand on my emotions and attachment issues allowing me to be healthier and have a better life.

I have just completed a course of CBT therapy at Hayes Grove with Sarah Maddocks. I suffered from a type of thought related OCD. I have benefited from my sessions at the priory and am so glad I decided to have the therapy. I highly recommend The Priory Hayes Grove and Sarah is a very kind, compassionate therapist.
