Very welcoming with professional staff

I came into primrose when I was in a very bad mental and physical state. This place has changed my life and I'm going out a changed man. The staff have been fantastic and helped me through the most difficult times in here!

I came for a safe medical detox and that was exactly what I recieved

I found primrose to have well structured treatment plan in place. A very friendly atmosphere. I believe Now I have the right tools to refrain me from using drugs and drinking alcohol. The staff treated me very kindly, supportively and the therapy overall was good.

From the moment I arrived I've felt welcome by all staff. Primrose has a family atmosphere and I have been treated with the utmost courtesy. All staff had an interest in my welfare and I often enjoyed the friendliness and humour of the support staff. I enjoyed the food every day. The therapists got to know me as an individual and I experienced a healthy mixture of challenge and support. I am leaving with a much improved attitude and am approaching recovery with a renewed sense of hope and determination.

Overall I've had a quality stay here at Primrose Lodge all the staff are amazing and do their best to accommodate the needs and try and sort any problem that arises room hasn't been hooverd in a couple weeks but not sure if that's a use of an issue with the cleaning team but overall 9/10
