I completely understand how it can feel when things take a little longer than expected, and I really appreciate your patience while the clinicians made sure everything was safe and ready. Following your review, we’ve since updated our prescription and blood test reminders so they now go out 5 weeks before your next prescription is due, instead of 4, just to give a little more time to get everything sorted ahead of schedule.
