I had an incredibly positive experience at Posture Dynamics! I came in initially to address some severe and limiting back pain that starting in the middle of my pregnancy, which Camilla worked on over the course of 3 sessions - and it cleared right up! The work was gentle and it took a few consistent sessions to move through it, but with Camilla's nurturing and thorough care it did. Then I came in to help make space for my baby to turn head down around 34 weeks - he was still breech/transverse and I was feeling a little nervous he might not flip! He was head down a couple of days after our session. Working with Camilla is a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend for pregnancy and beyond!

I have been seeing Camilla for regular monthly treatments for a couple of years. I suffer from TMJ which gives me pain in my jaw and a loud ringing in my ear, and generally from neck/shoulder pain caused by too much desk-work. Camilla's expert cranial treatments massively alleviate all my symptoms, including the tinnitus - that is such an improvement to my wellbeing levels! She is also such a lovely person and I couldn't recommend her more.

I have struggled with TMJ for many years, and I was starting to believe the pain between my jaw and ear would never go away, no matter what I tried. Making an appointment for craneosteopathy with Camilla was a life saver. Her technical knowledge is exceptional and I felt an indescribable improvement already after the first session. Regarding customer attention; she answered with detail every question I had, she explained carefully everything that she was doing and made me feel very comfortable. I can only say that if you have any pain or discomfort in your jaw and surrounding areas, I would strongly recommend you make an appointment with her.
