Had an appointment for my 93 year old mother today. Natasha was real friendly and efficient in getting us checked in and also made sure Sara knew that we had a tight but unavoidable schedule today. Sara, our audiologist was great. Super nice and knowledgable. Even though it was us that had back to back appointments today, we never felt rushed and everything needed doing, was done! Took time to talk to my mom and went through everything with her and made her feel special. Could not ask for a better experience. Am really looking forward to not have to "shout" at mom like a lunatic and having people judge me on the street thinking they ought to call the local adult safeguarding team 🤦🏻‍♂️. Kidding aside, both mom and myself want to thank Sara and Natasha for being kind, thoughtful and to Pindrop for offering really good products with a 40 day return (not going to happen I am sure) plan!

Having developed blocked ears after going swimming on holiday, I made an online booking to have microsuction earwax removal the same day as I got home. The booking process was very simple and it was followed by excellent communication including helpful reminders by text. The whole experience at 41 Harley Street from reception upon arrival, consultation and treatment was again excellent. The earwax problem and, less than 10 minutes later, the effectiveness of the microsuction were very easy for me to see on the clear images from the video otoscope. The outcome of the treatment was perfect; ears unblocked and hearing restored, just in time for an important work meeting 1.5 hours later.
