Great! In and out in 20 mins - all done

Had the feeling of a blocked ear for a few weeks. Booked an appointment same day for an ear cleaning. 5 minutes, pictures were taken to show that the ear was completely clean. As well as a pressure test again saying all good. It cost £80 even though no cleaning was done. After speaking to some friends who have gotten their ears checked at Specsavers there was no charge if nothing needed to be done. So I wouldn't be keen to recommend as even a reduction in cost wasn't offered.

Very friendly reception. I had my earwax removed . Booking was quick and easy online . Unfortunately I needed a follow up appointment for an extra £50 as the ear wouldn’t clear in the first consultation. After using olive oil for 4 days, the second attempt was super quick and I walked away with crystal clear hearing. Note: use the oil for a few days before your first appointment and you will save yourself 50£!

I’ve recently purchased a pair of Phonak Audeo hearing aids from Pindrop. The experience was excellent throughout. The booking process, communications about appointments, and payments were very efficiently dealt with by Nafisah Qureshi at the Chelsea branch. Clinical audiologist Shivanie Sachdev carried out what I, as a long standing hearing aid user, felt was a very thorough assessment and provided excellent advice and assistance throughout the process. This includes providing support and advice after purchase, with very quick responses to queries, and a follow-up consultation after 2 weeks. The facilities for examination and testing are quiet and quiet and clean. Everything worked quickly and first time when it came to setting up the hearing aids. The team was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I have visited Pindrop Hearing at Harley Street and, once again, I cannot fully express my appreciation and admiration for such professional and caring service. As soon as I arrived, the warmest of welcomes greeted me from Tavia at the reception desk, which was followed almost immediately by Rokhsar, who made me feel so comfortable as she undertook the wax removal from my ears. I simply couldn't recommend Pindrop Hearing highly enough and my sincerest thanks and good wishes to everyone involved.

I visited Pindrop for the first time after it being highly recommended to me. The service was friendly and reassuring. I left being able to hear so well that it felt like I had just had a spa treatment for my ears. Amazing!! I will definitely return when I need it.
