The audiologist, Elizabeth, was excellent in every respect. Her expertise, care and sensitivity, coupled with very clear communications inspire great confidence. She goes above and beyond to understand the issues, providing extremely helpful advice. Her personal and communication skills are first rate.

Having used the NHS and chain store services before, the services at Pindrop were a world apart. Bottom line - there care about you! I as so pleased to have discovered this hearing haven. I can't recommend it highly enough.
