This is based on my experience today with Mahvish. She arrived on time, did an initial assessment and took a detailed medical history. She had a thought out exercise program which we went through which I felt was entirely appropriate and at the right level. She was very clear in her directions, very supportive and I was left feeling motivated and encouraged that I would regain my earlier physical health.
