I was able to have an initial virtual consultation with a qualified physiotherapist within 48 hours which was impressive. Would be great if booking and payment could be more digital rather than calling or emailing to arrange and make payment. The access ro the PhysiApp with demos of exercises and ability to track progress and monitor pain was excellent. As was functionality to communication with therapist through the App.
