I'm not one of those people who is terrified of the dentist, but over the years I have had some uncomfortable and regrettable experiences. Today my appointments were completely trouble free, and I'm so grateful!

Hygienist took in the 5 year gap in attendance and the reintroduction of swallowing in a different position.

I was seen quickly with an emergency, which was great.

My appointment with my dentist and hygienist were on time as scheduled. Both were friendly , welcoming and patient. They both offered useful advice and answered my questions as well as explaining things clearly.

The hygienist was lovely, smiling and friendly, as well as most efficient. The dentist was professional. However, I was outraged to be asked for a 50% deposit for my next visit. I have been a customer at the practice for thirty years and never missed an appointment. You however, have seen fit to change my appointments from time to time and have very rarely seen me on time. To hold 50% for a FULL SIX MONTHS for a regular and loyal customer is a disgrace, leaving me to consider moving to another practice

The dental experience is awful for me. Nathan maks it a gd experience. Very thoughtful and helpful and puts my fear at rest. The dental nurse is helpful too.
