Very pleasant receptionist and a very positive first impression of Dr Ostronski.

All worked well

Good experience overall but the Practice needs to hone its IT system. At the time of my consultation, the Doctor could not access my medical records and accordingly could not determine the antibiotics that he had prescribed for me the previous month. He was, therefore, guessing which drug to prescribe. Such was unhelpful and there is little excuse for not being able to access a patient's medical records when he/she attends a consultation.
