The service at Paediatric Diagnostics was exceptional from start to finish. I called on a Friday evening after seeing a paediatric consultant with my son, and we were booked in for an ultrasound the following week. Within 30 minutes of the call, I received email confirmation along with clear, detailed instructions on how to prepare for the ultrasound and find the clinic. Upon arrival at the clinic, the staff were incredibly welcoming, and Dr. Adu, who saw my son, was outstanding. He was warm, engaging, and took the time to explain everything he was doing to George, ensuring he felt comfortable throughout. I would wholeheartedly recommend Paediatric Diagnostics—it was an excellent experience from beginning to end.

We were granted an appointment the day after I rang to enquire, and have blood tests done at the same time, the results for which were emailed three days later.

I took my child for allergy tests and felt that the reception staff and the nurse were welcoming and pleasant. However, the consultant we saw made us feel rushed and that the quicker we are out of his office the better for him. I did not appreciate his attitude or lack of care.
