Brilliant service from the outset. You were able to see us so quickly, the team were all brilliant and for the first time we were able to start making progress on getting a diagnosis. Thank you all for being so sympathetic and understanding, it was amazing to finally have time to really talk to a professional and be actively listened to.

Waiting room very clean, great for kids, refreshments on offer, very comfortable. Dr Khemani saw us 5mins early and was very friendly and efficient. Explained everything very well. Was very good with daughter and gave us good advice to move forwards with.

Friendly & professional team, even with an active toddler was simple. I’ve never thought a blood test can be done without crying for a small child. I don’t think he noticed what’s happening. Really helpful. I wish all healthcare providers would be professional like u.

I was absolutely amazed with how my son got seen so promptly and then having tests done on the initial visit so quickly. Excellent service. Managed to get a diagnosis on the very first visit so was able to adjust to the newly found results.

Our appointment with Dr Hii was excellent, on time, clear, friendly and efficient. We were less impressed with the blood test appointment. The nurse who helped us gave much too much information about the condition that my daughter is having trouble with. She came away anxious and concerned about something which could have been very straight forward. It would have been better to say just what we needed at the time and come back for more details if needed.

The whole experience with paediatric ENT specialist was seamless start to finish and the level of care was outstanding. Can be an anxious time for parents and children alike but we were reassured all along the way.
