We were welcomed nicely. Offered a lovely selection of drinks by the friendly reception staff and then saw our wonderful Dr Jawad who is just so kind, caring, thoughtful and knowledgable. He just goes beyond doctor and you really feel he genuinely cares for your child. He is so thorough and informative and has such a great manner with the children (and is parents). Would 100% recommend.

Thank you for your feedback. Our main goal is to make sure every child feels safe and unpressured during their visit. We understand that even something as simple as an allergy test can feel daunting for a child, so we always take the time to explain what’s happening and help them feel secure and comfortable.

Everyone is very helpful, kind and polite. The building very clean etc. My only negative would be is I find the heaters very hot. Thanks

Regarding the heating, as we move into the winter months, we’re mindful of keeping the building comfortable for all our patients from babies to teenagers. We’ll make sure the temperature is properly regulated over the next few days to maintain a warm and pleasant environment for everyone.

My daughter loved the environment and was not anxious in any way. PD’s ambience was calm and the staff were very patient.
We’re always thrilled to hear from parents that their child felt calm and less anxious during their visit. This is one of our main goals; to make sure every child who walks through our doors has a pleasant, relaxed experience. It can be challenging at times, but our team works very hard to achieve this, so it’s truly rewarding to know we’re making a difference. We’ll continue to put in every effort to maintain this standard of care.

My daughter had been struggling with nausea and a sensitive tummy for a month. After seeing several doctors with no relief, we finally visited Pediatric Diagnostics. Dr. Michael Hii’s thorough and systematic approach helped identify and resolve the issue. The staff are very friendly, experienced, and responsive — all our questions and concerns were addressed promptly. Many thanks to this excellent medical facility
