Extremely impressive level of care. My husband arrived for a scheduled appointment with our two daughters. The little one did not have an appointment, but had felt unwell during the night. The staff were able to see her and treat her immediately. She would otherwise have had a very difficult time of it, and we were incredibly grateful for their care and attention. Amazing staff (Daniela, Semi) and doctors!!! Doctor Liong Mee Hi was wonderful with our daughter, prescribing the right mix of things to help get her back on track immediately. Very impressive!

Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely welcoming, clean environment with plenty of toys to keep children occupied whilst waiting. Having said that we hardly had to wait at all! The staff are wonderful and very kind to the children.

Everyone at the clinic was very welcoming and made us feel at ease. We felt we were in good hands and everything was explained well and a plan made.

All staff, including the doctor we saw, we're very friendly, made us feel at ease, and the procedure appears to have been carried out smoothly. The only thing I'd fault is the communication before the appointment, particularly the emails. They include a misleading price, the suggestion that a follow-up would not be required (when we understand that is completely normal) and we'd understood that we could/should be in the room when the procedure was taking place, which was then quite strongly advised against.
Thank you very much for the feedback. It’s really helpful to hear parents’ experiences, and I’m glad the team made you feel welcome and that the procedure went smoothly. We have two consultants who perform tongue tie procedures, and each has their own approach regarding whether they prefer a parent to stay in the room. Likewise, not every consultant requests a follow up. I’ll share your comments with the team so that we make these preferences clearer when booking, which should help the process feel smoother and more transparent. Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts. We’ll take this on board and work it into our practice going forward.

We visited Dr Jawad for my daughter Alma who had fainted a few times. He made sure all the investigations were done in a timely manner and explained it both to Alma and to us. It was very professional advice. It was really re assuring to us as parents of a teenager.
