We put mum in for some respite. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Josh, Natalia and Lisa to us and the nurses looking after mum were fantastic as she had not been anywhere like this before. The staff put us at ease as mum can be difficult to look after due to what she can and can't eat but when we visited her she couldn't stop telling us how well she was being looked after and how nice all the staff were.
My relative is very well looked after, always clean and seems happy. I would prefer if it was a little easier to get in touch via telephone but that is my only negative point

I have found the care to be good and the staff very responsive and any issues have been dealt with promptly. Medical concerns have been dealt with as soon as they arise. Overall I am happy with the care a d respect shown to my relative.
