Optimal Living was founded through the owners', Dr Chetna Satra and Mr Hiren Satra, own experiences in trying to find good quality residential care services at a good price. From this, the owners sought out to find failing care home services and worked closely with the CQC (Care Quality Commission) and the Local Authorities to transform them. Their aim is to transform more services in order to become the leading care home provider of choice in Swindon, Luton, Dunstable, Bobbing and Sheerness.
