Ollie was really kind, patient and reassuring during the appointment. He explained each test, what was involved, what they were looking for, how it works etc, in an easy to understand way. Really glad I’m being seen here for long covid, I feel really listened to and assured we’ll get me back to full health.

Admin team very disappoint g. Payment was taken before tests were completed and then were unable to produce receipts. Admin very disappointing and waisted a lot of time
