I found Mr Chien Wong very courteous and professional. He carefully took me through the procedure and the results that it would achieve, whilst answering all my questions. The operation has been very successful and I would recommend it to all those who are suffering from persistent floaters.

I had a very friendly and experienced young lady called Suheyla who spoke to me when I first contacted OCL. She went above and beyond to reassure me about the safety of Covid procedure and made sure that everyone dealing with me was wearing a mask due to my husband being in the very vulnerable group. The nurse Sumeira was lovely and so were all the nurses and optometrist who dealt with me. The presence of the air filters in areas used by a lot of people helped to know that everything safety was very important. I had a fantastic surgeon whose calming manner made the procedure stress free.

OCL Vision London is spotlessly clean; all the staff are friendly and do their best to explain things in a clear manner. The cataract operation was well prepared for and clear advice given afterwards.

No delay to 1st appointment,seen on time through all the various stages and tests. Staff were very courteous and the machinery was cleaned between each appointment .
