Laparoscopic surgery Pre- covid test very kind and informative. All staff I encountered from Endoscopy/Laparoscopic surgery- pre treatment Vera Dockrill - Excellent lovely lady Hospital ward nurses - all excellent, kind, thoughtful, informative and very caring, nothing too much trouble. Anaesthetist, and their nurses, all excellent, kind, thoughtful, informative, made me feel at ease. Recovery & Ward nurses excellent always checking up on you and giving reassurance and pain relief - always felt at ease Lastly excellent food as always and my room was absolutely spotlessly clean, and the porters were friendly and smiley too! My treatment was at Southface Skin Clinic at Nuffield. There was very little waiting time for my appointment, the staff are polite, helpful and I must do a huge shout out to Rena, Dr Robertshaw's secretary who is simply wonderful. Thank you!
