All staff I encountered were friendly and professional.

Recent visit was to ascertain whether I had another basel cell carcinoma having had one already removed from my face. Fortunately this was not the case and treatment was provided to remove a skin tag. Everything was done efficiently with an explanation and I returned home reassured. Appointment turnaround was within 5 days
