Overall experience with Doctor was excellent Waited a short while to be seen but not a concern Only issues are parking and general appearance of the hospital - could do with updating and redecoration, looking a bit shabby

Dr Gorden was very professional and the whole experience was excellent

Overall experience was positive. The surgeon(s) and nursing staff were friendly, helpful and reassuring. Waiting until midday for surgery was disappointing especially as I was going under general anaesthetic and hadn't eaten since the previous day or drunk any water since early in the morning. Post-surgery, my bed was positioned in a way that made it very painful and difficult to reach the assistance button. There were long periods between being visited by staff, whilst I was coming to and unable to call for assistance.

I had a seamless experience. Gallbladder and stones gone so very happy. All went well and everyone involved was so kind and professional.

I checked in and was seen slightly early. A blood sample for a PSA test was taken immediately after my appointment by a very polite and efficient nurse.
