Nuffield Health Bournemouth Hospital

The Hospital staff were helpful and kind. The reception is calm and welcoming. We manged to park but expect this may be a problem in busy times. The Leader and staff should be congratulated on offering an all round pleasant experience, at a time when health issues can be so challenging for people.

I had an operation and stayed in overnight. All were very helpful, friendly giving me all the information and assurance concerning the procedure. a lot of staff were always around including taking my blood pressure thru the night. They gave me time and chatted whilst doing their job. Given meds to take away. Good service.

First appointment reception was bad and unfriendly , thereafter all was good as expected
