Having not visited this hospital previously, it was easy to find, and equally as easy to park following clear signage. I was welcomed at reception and asked to compete a short form, offered refreshment (declined) and sat in comfort waiting for my appointment which was held exactly on time. It was all very professional and friendly and so reassuring to me which was greatly appreciated.

Excellent. Reception staff went out of their way helping us and making us feel relaxed and a coffee in reception was very welcome too

As l said previously the consultation with Dr.Hickey was excellent the staff were all friendly, but I would of liked to of been told that the doctor was running late.
