Very friendly and efficient team. Comprehensive information supplied at all stages and opportunities to ask for explanations and to discuss options. Costs spelled out clearly. The operating team (up to 6 people?) worked speedily and efficiently in an almost jolly atmosphere. Apparently it all went well. On Day2 afterwards I now have a swollen red chin; the pills are coping with the occasional aching. Meals through straws have so far resulted in the loss of 2 kg.

So friendly and efficient. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment and they are always very thorough but quick in the appointment.
