Formerly Newlands Dental, we joined the Dentalessence family in April 2019.
Originally founded in 1977 the practice has been serving Haywards Heath and the wider West Sussex community for more than 40 years and we pride ourselves in providing only the best dental care for our patients.
We cater for all dental needs, from a simple check-up to full cosmetic dentistry.
Our team of experienced dentists and friendly staff will make you feel right at home while giving you the best possible dental care and practical advice on keeping your teeth and gums healthy.
Situated a short walk from the centre of Haywards Heath we have on site parking for our mobility impaired patients and an ample public car park next to the practice.

The lady Dentist was as always highly skilful, gentle and kind. The reception staff were again as always friendly, helpful and efficient.
Staff always very helpful and professional, Yasmin the dentist always calm , explains everything and is always very gentle
A visit to Katie, the dental hygienist, as always, Katie very polite and professional. Katie scribed what she was going to do before commencing on the inspection. Then describing how she was going to scrape off the plaque. Katie reassured me throughout if I felt pain to indicate by raising my hand. An excellent and happy experience.
The hygienist, Shweta, ,offered a stain removing process as an extra, which was accepted. This proved to be somewhat uncomfortable and left me with some localised gum soreness for a day or two afterwards. This implies no criticism of Shweta who was charming, friendly and as gentle as possible throughout.
Seen very promptly,given an efficient check and clean. A very nice young dentist and assistant happy and polite-couldn’t ask for more.
