In a word “ excellent “ ! I had “ frozen shoulder “ which had only been mildly alleviated by saline injection. A course of physio with Ana really made the difference - and has got me back to normal ! Each session produced an incremental improvement - which the exercise / stretch routine that Ana gave me to use between treatments allowed me to retain. I am really pleased with ( and grateful for ) the outcome.
