Overall my experience with Medicann has been brilliant. I changed over to Medicann from the medical cannabis clinics who at the time did not have an outlet in Guernsey which made things difficult. I find the prices are reasonable and the customer service is generally excellent. I’ve only ever had consultations with Dr Nayee who is very helpful and seems to genuinely care about his patients. He always asks how the medicine is working for me and we have a brief chat about the benefits. My only slight negative comment is that the last time I had my follow up consultation the lady on the front desk seemed a little condescending towards me. I was asked to sign a disclosure form about the importance of using the medicine appropriately and reiterating that it’s illegal to sell it. I just felt that she proceeded to lecture me about it. This medicine has literally been life changing for me, my physical and mental health has never been better and there is no way I would jeopardize it by breaking the rules. To get my point across I told her that I have a part time job just so as I can afford to keep up my prescription. Maybe I caught her on an off day so I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt. I don’t wish to make a formal complaint but seeing as you sent me this feedback form I thought I’d be as honest with you as possible. Overall a really good experience though so thank you.

My experience has always been positive, the only negatives are sometimes it takes a few days to have a prescription approved, and having to go to the other side of the island to pick up my prescription is a real pain.
