Excellent, the receptionist was friendly and my appointment was on time

I don’t find the receptionists very friendly either to patients or other staff that work there. Just my observation. I wouldn’t want to work in that environment

This was my first visits. My appointment was 8.15 and I didn’t get seen until nearly 9am. Disappointing as the surgery only opened at 8.00am

I needed an emergency appointment as a molar tooth had broken down to the root, leaving the nerve exposed. I was seen by Dr Lawrence within ten minutes of my arrival and he agreed that there was no further hope for this tooth (which was mostly filling anyway). He therefore took it out without further delay, to my great relief, as I would have been in big trouble with Christmas looming. He did tell me that some teeth 'bounce out' during pulling. Mine was one of those and hit his trouser-leg! All told, it came out without further problem and I am very grateful to him!

Filling repair. Quick, painless and friendly

Only visited the Hygenist (Helen) who is lovely. Warm, friendly, knowledgeable, gentle and professional. The main reason I continue to visit the practice! Whilst not unfriendly, reception staff could be a little more welcoming.

Joey was very good, I had a difficult filling and crown done. I have had problems with getting numb, and this was sorted by using a different anesthetic.
