We felt valued and welcomed from the very beginning. The app makes it easy to contact specialists as and when required, which is very helpful when trying to juggle the demands of the working week. Overall very poor experience. Poor communication, long wait times, conflicting advice. Would not recommend.

The staff are genuinely concerned about my health. Polite staff. They all seems to know what they are doing. Not a single regret in my IVF journey with Manchester Fertility.

Staff were great but the environment is poor. Providing a sample while people moving and talking on the other side of a door and/or hatch proved difficult. I'd suggest some soundproofing or a two door separation. The chair provided was uncomfortable. For me, the ability to lie down would be useful.

They are good in service, but often busy and may have to wait for getting initial appointment.
