I was very impressed with the empathetic approach that meant my daughter Olivia shared her issues with Dr Fiona quite openly. She told her more than she had been telling me throughout the period of this problem and while she was upset I am confident that she was comfortable enough to talk to her. I also felt reassured when I left the surgery.

My experience from beginning to end was excellent. I booked over the phone which was straightforward and the girl on reception was lovely. When having my appointment with the doctor i felt completely at ease and the assessment was well explained as was the followup options
