Exceptionally easy to book. I had been unable to get through to my own GP for weeks to book and apt for my son and I was able to book this appointment instantly for the same morning. The consultation itself was really thorough. Dr Austin was friendly and approachable and made my son feel at ease. We were able to get to the bottom of his symptoms and he was provided with a prescription there and then. Could not fault the service. First class!
