We travelled a long distance for a specialist blood test for my daughter, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the care we received here. Dr. Fiona Moore who looked after us was truly exceptional — so kind, patient, and deeply respectful with my child. She gave Madison all the time she needed to feel safe and ready, explained everything gently and clearly, and never applied any pressure. Her friendly, calm manner made an experience that could have been very stressful into something positive and manageable. The staff at the clinic were also wonderful — welcoming, understanding, and very supportive throughout our visit. Everyone treated us with kindness and professionalism, which made such a difference to our day. It’s rare to meet a doctor and team who combines such professional skill with genuine warmth and understanding, and we felt completely supported from beginning to end. We are so thankful for the way we were cared for, and would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

As soon as I arrived at loughview health I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, Louise was lovely and just chatted away instantly making me feel at ease. I went in to my appointment with Dr Austin who took the time and listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly and made sure I understood all of my options. Their professionalism kindness and genuine attention made a huge difference and I left feeling a lot more informed and truly cared for, I highly recommend this practice
